Architectural concept research
L'écharde in french translates to a splinter in English. The project explores the idea of accidental insertion in the landscape, yet instead of immediate removal, the splinter is sculpted, expressed, and reveals its architectural identity. The architectural research aims to identify the relationship between two worlds with different temporalities: nature/landscape as permanent and man-made architecture as ephemeral.
