The development consists of 6 luxury villas offering a spectacular view of the captivating city of Kigali in Rwanda. Each Villa offers four en-suite bedrooms, generous living spaces, an infinity pool, and entertainment areas. Gilbert Balinda Architects were tasked to take over the unfinished structure and rectify the design. The project identified several areas of intervention and concentrated on developing a new plan and extending the building on the Northern and Southern Facades.
The new design offers generous architecture with large openings and improved spatial quality.
